Our offices are closed on weekends as usual.
Normal business hours resume from 2nd January 2026, 9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday.
During the holidays, our out of hours team will be on hand for emergency communal issues.
For none urgent issues, please report via the maintenance tool here in MyLevels. These will be dealt with in business hours.
